Today, we’re proud to announce the latest addition to our growing roster: Loki Tribe. A name that has been quietly building momentum within the Drum & Bass underground, Loki Tribe brings decades of experience, dedication, and sonic craftsmanship to the label. Active within the scene since the late 1990s, he first established himself as a DJ before diving into music production, developing a sound that has evolved while remaining firmly rooted in the darker side of Drum & Bass. Known for his atmospheric and technically precise productions, Loki Tribe specialises in deep, immersive soundscapes that balance raw energy with intricate detail. While many producers choose to remain within the confines of a single subgenre, Loki Tribe’s versatility allows him to move effortlessly between techstep, minimal Drum & Bass, neuro, neurofunk, liquid, atmospheric rollers, and classic amen-driven cuts.
Drawing inspiration from legendary artists such as Noisia, The Upbeats, Optiv & Emperor, Gridlok, Technical Itch, and Decoder, his music combines powerful basslines, detailed sound design, and cinematic textures to create tracks that hit hard while maintaining emotional depth and atmosphere. One of the standout examples of his artistic vision can be found in his recent album, Control Signal. The project showcases a refined and deeply personal approach to darker Drum & Bass, demonstrating both technical ability and a clear commitment to the underground ethos that has shaped his journey from the very beginning. What stands out most about Loki Tribe is his dedication to the music itself. Rather than chasing trends, he focuses on creating authentic, meaningful Drum & Bass that reflects his influences while continuing to push his sound forward.
