Well, I can shed some light on this based on an event I organized last month where we hired a fantastic photo booth. Firstly, after each photo session, guests could instantly scan a QR code displayed on a screen right outside the booth. This immediately took them to a personalized gallery where they could view and download their images directly to their phones. Secondly, a few days after the event, the host received a link to a comprehensive online gallery containing all the photos taken throughout the night. This allowed everyone to easily access and download all the digital photos from the private online gallery at their leisure, which was a huge plus compared to past experiences where getting digital access was a struggle.
